Who We Are
Verus Wellness is a health and wellness, consulting and contracting company that partners with a variety of health professionals to help individuals reach their health goals. Partners on board with Verus Wellness include physical therapists, personal trainers, registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs), acupuncturists, physician assistants and nutrition advisors.

Here at Verus Wellness, we help people believe, achieve, and sustain a healthy and attractive body. By encouraging patients to change gradually, we connect them with a healthy lifestyle that works for them. We believe in the body's remarkable ability to heal and that a healthy lifestyle is a lot more enjoyable when we understand how different factors interact and impact our bodies. That is why we adhere to an evidence-based, culturally sensitive practice.

Karla Iveth Porter holds an M.S. in Nutritional Science among other various degrees. She advocates for a science-based approach to wellness creating long-term sustainable change to others' lives.
